Rachel Loeper was a guest speaker at a trainging I truly enjoyed this morning at the United Way building Downtown Philadelphia.
Rachel Loeper, Program Director and Co-Founder of Mighty Writers. She conducts teaching and writing workshops for adults and children at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and local schools. Her latest article, "Combat Sports Bloggers, Mad Scientist Poets & Comic Script Writers: Engaging Boys in Writing on Their Own Terms," will be published in Afterschool Matters this year.
I found her to be very helpful in keeping our children interested in reading and writing. I hope you guys find her link very useful in my blog. I have already posted earlier.:)
